At AISC GmbH, we take the privacy of our users seriously, especially when it comes to children. We have developed our children's game to be in compliance with both the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of our users.
Our app does not collect any image data. All image data is processed on the device itself and is not sent to any server. We do not collect any personal information that could identify individual users.
Optionally, users can opt-in to the collection of anonymous user statistics. These anonymous statistics help us improve the app by providing bug/crash reports, (optionally) app performance data, (optionally) anonymous keypoint-recordings, and (optionally) app usage reports: z.B. how long was the app played and how many episodes were played.
However, these statistics do not carry any personal information that would make the user identifiable. All this information is solely used to help us improve the app experience and fix bugs. None of this information can be used to identify a person. “Optionally” means here that the user has to actively consent to this. The game can also be played without opting-in into these options.
We want to assure our users that their privacy is our top priority, and we will continue to comply with all relevant privacy regulations to ensure that their data is secure and protected.
